Restorative Sleep Meditation

This meditation should be used to program your body to sleep better: to repair & to restore itself and to rejuvenate itself and balance your brain and your body, so when you wake up in the morning you are filled with more vitality & energy.

It can be used for insomnia, to help you sleep thru the night.

But it’s designed to program your autonomic nervous system. That system in your body that functions automatically: controls blood sugar, controls hormones, body temperature, manufactures and secretes, does all those amazing functions behind the scenes of your awareness.

There are 2 times the door to the subconscious mind opens up - the subconscious mind is the autonomic nervous system.

The door opens up when you wake up in the morning; as you go from delta brain wave patterns, to theta brain wave patterns, to alpha brain wave patterns, to beta brain wave patterns - beta you are awake and aware. As your brain chemistry changes, at night, you go from beta to alpha to theta to delta.

When your brain waves change from beta to delta you are getting into that subconscious realm and the door opening. A perfect time to program your autonomic nervous system to do a specific function for you.

You are used to laying down and falling asleep and travelling through these different brain wave frequencies.

In this particular mediation:

Sit up and do this meditation

Keep your spine straight - don’t rest your back against a anything, more than likely fall asleep.

Stay in that realm: half awake, half asleep.

Keep your body relaxed and your mind awake & follow the instructions'; you will begin to autonomic nervous system to work for you while you are asleep.

Purpose of this: so when you wake up in the morning, your body is renewed and regenerated and it has has more energy to serve you better throughout the day:

your hormonal system more balanced,

your immune system gets stronger,

brain is working better,

your senses are sharpened

so when you start the next day you start from a fresh place.

This is your time to work with your body; programming , it to help, to balance into recovery, into restoration.

#1: Let your immune system - the army of internal defense - be stronger. Feel strength so it gets the signal that the marching army in cadence for internal defense be organized to take care of any intruders or imbalance. Let your immune system be strengthened this evening and feel strength, so it gets the message from you.

#2: Let your brain - an entire nervous system - be tuned up. Let there be more energy in your brain for tomorrow. Like a dimmer switch, let the light bulb in your brain be brighter. Radiate that energy into your brain, feel it, so that its aware of what you are doing. That you invite the door to open, for downloads from the field, let your brain be quickened with new ideas that inspire you. Give it the instructions that your memory be enhanced, that it learn better, every day. That attention span increases, let your brain be more coherent and balanced. Feel clear and let your brain get the signal, feel focused and radiant.

#3: Let your body, your entire body be filled with vitality and light. Let it be restored with energy while you sleep, let it be regenerated and renewed, so you feel energized​. Instruct  your stem cells to go to damage tissues, organs and cells​, and repair them.​ Give them the instructions ​so your that your cells radiates more conherent light and information. 

Let your cells be renewed to extend your life​, the telomere's lengthened, for life. Let your biological age be lengthened, your life extended. Let your adrenals - the storehouse of energy -  be recharged this evening. That absorption, secretion, metabolism, elimination be ​balanced and enhanced​; let nothing​, that doesn't belong be released this evening​. Let your DNA and ​any mutations ​be repaired, checked. Let your hormones be harmonised, let all systems of your body work together​. And feel grateful so that your body gets the signal​.

Let your sense of humor carry you through ​t​he day and that smile on your face be because your body is truly happy with you​. Drift away​, surrender your body​ to a greater mind​.
